Choose your preshaped blank model from our range of waveski 2020 whose templates were designed by our designer Virgile Humbert and tested by our team rider.


You will receive your bread in 100% French polystyrene foam, preshaped in a CNC machine, it will be enough for a quick finishing on the screen to go directly to the stratification.


Please note: mousse bread> 62cm wide = € 30 extra and> 240cm long = € 30 extra.

Some of our models like the left shredder or the kami charger require more work which explains the additional cost of € 30 per foam bun.

  • Technical details

    100% French polystyrene foam bread

    Density 25kg / m3

    Un Latte Bread

    The bread is pre-preshaped in a CNC machine (a numerical control machine): a quick finish on the screen and you go directly to lamination.

    Possible size: Width (55 to 70cm), length (210 to 280cm)

  • Recommended construction for EPS bread

    Epoxy resin and fiber (see our fiber and resin packs)

  • Delivery time

    Manufacturing time 10 to 15 working days depending on the tailor-made services + delivery time of the transporter (between 24 and 72 hours depending on destination)

  • Hidden defects guarantee

    To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product.
    We remind you that you also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects in application of arts. 1641 and following of the civil code.

  • Right to retract

    This product being a product specially made for the consumer (custom-made) is not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be reimbursed.

  • How to measure leg length?

    The length of the legs is measured by sitting, legs stretched on the ground; You have to measure the distance between the heel and the coccis: this gives you the leg length to enter for your waveski.
